Dog and Rooster Inc. designs, develops, and manages website projects, native applications and provides online marketing services.As project manager for Dog and Rooster Inc. I was responsible for managing an average of 30 active, custom and open source projects, and 15 to 30 active maintenance and SEO accounts. My management responsibilities included:Ensuring that all projects were delivered on-time, within scope and budget.Manage resource availability and allocation among our 14 to 18 designers, developers and programmers.Develop an accurate project plan to monitor, execute and track progress.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Perform risk management to minimize project risks for all parties.Manage each stage of the project from proposal to sale, through design and development, programming, testing, and the delivery of the final product. Perform final quality assurance testing to ensure maximum usability, project accuracy, and the product is error free.

As senior account manager for Dog and Rooster I operated as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client projects to include lead generation, lead/client management, billing and payments. My account manager duties also consisted of having a firm grasp on all active and inactive projects to help communicate what was needed from clients in order to keep projects moving forward.I was responsible for maintaining all maintenance and SEO campaigns. Our packages ranged from 5 to 50 hours monthly for maintenance and usually around 10 hours monthly for SEO. I would consult with clients on how they could best use their hours to improve their website, application, or SEO campaigns.. UI and UX improvements, conversion techniques, and content and image updates were popular maintenance items. For SEO, common topics were link building, content updates, keyword update and improvement, as well as social media, adwords and retargeting management.My immediate role upon hire at Dog and Rooster was account manager but after the first couple of months I absorbed the role of project manager as well.
