My duties include: - Assist students with career inventories and help them determine goals and plans towards their high school diploma - Provide resources to students by helping them navigate services including driver's education, DHHS, social security & birth certificate retrieval, etc.- Help student apply to college and navigate the complicated application process- Coordinate senior activities throughout the years include IEP goals, after graduation plan meetings, etc.

As a customer service associate, my job is to provide the best possible service to my customers by aiding their Hannaford experience in any way possible. This is included but not limited to:• Providing excellent customer service by attending to needs of each customer• Be familiar with and able to process Western Union, NH Lottery, Utility Payments, etc.• Exceed store, regional, and company-wide sales standardsAs a service leader, I oversee daily operations and function of the front end, customer service counter, and cash office. As student body president, I was the primary voice of the students. I spoke on behalf of the students in the community, as well as to faculty, staff and administration. As a Peer Advisor, my duties were to ease the daily tasks put upon the Academic Advisors in the Advising Center. These include:• Answering phones and complete clerical duties, including booking appointments, assisting with Group Advising, and directing students to the correct areas of the college for their various need.• Be familiar with all college policies, both Academic and Administrative• Complete any additional tasks as required by the Academic Advisors.
