M Financial provides support and custom life insurance plans for 130 member firms. As part of the marketing team, I provide internal support to our various business units with design, photo and video projects. I work on a little bit of everything but mostly focus on social media, marketing and event production.

Hoffman Academy is an online piano school geared towards younger students featuring a method created by the owner, Mr. Hoffman. All of the video content is free to users, with a subscription model providing print and audio materials. My job as multimedia producer involves the planning, shooting and editing of all video and photos. I created the current format including lighting, unique camera placement, audio and graphics for over 300 video tutorials and lessons. I have also worked with a small team of teachers to create a series of short form conversational lessons: from conception to scripting and through to the final edit. I have been working on developing a new Guitar curriculum. I also assist with general design and UX considerations and marketing duties.

Tip Hero is a homemaking and lifestyle blog that mostly features home-hacks and feel good stories. In 2015 I joined the team as their first videographer to create some of the first cooking and recipe videos that became a major trend on Facebook that year. Working with the owner and professional chefs, I created around 200 short form recipe videos in about a years time. I originated the format including lighting, camera angles, outro graphics and refined the overall editing style. One of my earliest videos was ranked the number one video on Facebook by interactions in 2015. After our initial success I helped design and build out the cooking studio including video gear and props.

North West Power Pool is a nonprofit organization that covers the continuing education and cooperation of all of the energy providing companies in the Northwest region of the United States. I was a member of the initial video production team where I was involved in most facets of the roll out of a new Learning Management System (LMS) and associated video lessons. I logged and edited science heavy video lessons averaging 45 min in length. Most of my time was spent storyboarding and animating motion graphics to help simplify complex scientific concepts.

I efficiently helped manage and run the only retail showroom for the company Authentic Models (AM), a furniture and accessory vendor based out of Eugene, OR. In Addition to frequently working alone as a key holder during daily retail operations, I was also responsible for maintaining inventory, store ordering, customer shipping, cleaning, merchandising, home deliveries and banking. Occasionally I would help other retailers with large scale wholesale orders for merchandise from AM Inc.

I provided sincere interior home-décor consulting, sales and merchandising while processing orders from vendors via shipping and receiving in busy, downtown high-end retail distinct. I covered the sales floor, maintain the office area and organize stock room. I work primarily alone and independently as a key holder for the store. Built and maintained database of wonderful clients whom I worked with very closely for various design projects.

Expertly provided customer service as well as cashiering, general merchandising of accessories and furniture, and detail oriented cleaning. I was primarily in charge of merchandising and sales of the art and mirror department in one of the company's top five volume stores. Also in charge of training and managing coworkers in sales and maintenance of prints and paintings.
