The Peer Navigation Strategic Information Strengthening Project on HIV & AIDS (USAID & PEPFAR) •Produced analyses for surveys and pre- and post-test evaluations.•Facilitated 20 nationwide trainings and workshops with stakeholders from Ministry of Health and produced training reports to reflect the outcomes from interviews and focus groups.

• Undertook an institutional review of the Social Development Commission (SDC) to achieve its mandate and the implementation of the Poverty Reduction Programme II portfolio funded by the European Union and the Government of Jamaica .The Review included:• Performed a review of the Social Development Commission’s institutional capacity and strategic direction. • Engaged in meetings with key stakeholders from the Jamaica Social Investment Fund, Social Development Commission, Ministry of National Security, the European Union, the Parish Development Committees and community based organizations.• Prepared a final report which was adopted by the Social Development Commission and resulted in the enhancement of their institutional framework.

• Led the research team and produced and co-authored the Education report which entailed the collection of primary and secondary data aimed at enhancing the overall performance and accountability of Jamaica’s education system based on a scorecard methodology.• Interviewed 25 key public and private stakeholders to obtain their perspectives on shaping and improving Jamaica’s education system.• Presented the findings for the Education report at CaPRI’s Annual Seminar on Education at the University of the West Indies.
