As a program manager for Workforce TeleStaff, my responsibilities include:- Utilizing TechSmith Camtasia and Articulate 360 to create courses to educate end users of Workforce TeleStaff on various elements of the software and Kronos processes.- Work with the TeleStaff Enablement team to find ways to improve both internal and external processesm such as utilizing SmartSheet to increase efficiency in our content creation process.

- Consult customers on a variety of Kronos products by assessing their current situation, configuring the application to meet needs, unit testing, giving high-level training, and providing any support for a period after the result has been delivered- Organize communications with multiple customers to guarantee an efficient and effective configuration process to meet deadlines- Work with customers from a multitude of backgrounds, specifically Public Sector and Healthcare- Use a specialized Agile approach to give customers the fastest possible turnaround for their product purchase and implementation- Assist with internal initiatives to improve project implementation processes by interacting on calls and creating test documentation for future initiatives

- Act as mentor to 40 freshmen to teach them about campus and Career Center services- Guide Ball State students on proper creation of resumes and cover letters- Contact students around campus to get them involved with Career Center services

As the editor in chief of BYTE, my responsibilities include:- Coordinating editorial board of 10 to make sure content is published- Collaborating with other Ball State publications to share and plan content- Interacting with other nerd-based groups on campus to plan events

- Collaborated using Agile Methodologies and JIRA to redesign and maintain the OneAmerica website- Worked with fellow interns to redesign the company’s intern outreach webpage- Coordinated eight fellow IT Interns to create a mobile application dedicated to financial fitness- Created and maintained two Wikis for the eBusiness team- Designed and implemented an Agile process for use in the company’s development - Performed a solutions assessment of JIRA’s story mapping tool - Evaluated and developed formal Agile process for OneAmerica’s development teams

As a news editor for BYTE, my responsibilities include:- Utilized and edited news stories for timeliness and grammar.- Practiced AP writing style- Led a team of approximately 10 people to write stories each week

- Provided friendly customer service to a diverse population- Educated customers on how to use Photo Lab systems- Created photo orders for customers- Exchanged cash, check, and debit/credit cards for the purchase of items- Maintained an organized and clean work area

A Desk Staff worker is one of the first resources for people who have questions about their residence hall or about the campus in general. My responsibilities included:- Answering questions- Assisting the Resident Assistants and Hall Directors as needed- Exchanging money with residents- Working with Microsoft Excel to log equipment checkouts/cash exchanges/package pick-up- Sorting mail for the building
