Currently, he is a Vice President in the Special Situations Portfolio Group team at Bain Capital, where he works with leadership at portfolio companies to build effective partnerships and drive value creation.Before Bain Capital, Nadim led the Premium Products Strategy & Innovation Laboratory at American Express, responsible for elevating the company's premium product suite, including Centurion (also known as the ‘black-card’), Platinum, Gold, and Green cards, to enhance customer engagement, drive growth, and boost retention — while increasing profitability. These products are not only AmEx’s most renown, but also represent the largest and most profitable P&L at the company.
