• Provide technical support on the DSHS Social Service Payment System (SSPS). SSPS system is mission critical legacy system with a statewide customer base of over 3,500 users that are responsible for monitoring 60,000 service providers with 150,000+ clients. The SSPS system pays out $104 + million per month to these service providers.• Responsible for performing maintenance, enhancement and support of the SSPS intranet and internet web sites.• Responsible . for designing, developing and maintaining the in-house Employment Verification web application. This application is used to verify the wage of providers that are paid through the Social Service Payment System. These payment requests are initiated by internal and external entities nationwide. The requestors include the Attorney, Banks, DSHS Local Offices, ESD, Housing Authority and SSA. • Consults with business users to clarify task requirements and communicate with the program managers on technical issues.

• Conducted req. analysis, designed and developed the Client Registry Web application utilizing SDLC procedures, ASP, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, ASP.NET and XML. Client Registry is deployed statewide to support cross functional DSHS case worker teams.• Resp. for performing maintenance, enhancement and support of the Client Registry web application.• Resp. for managing and troubleshooting the interface with the Department of Information Services (state firewall and fortress server) to ensure that authorized users have secure access from locations outside the firewall. • Perform regular analysis and revision of stored procedures for the Client Registry Web Application using MS SQL Server 2000.• Resp. for monitoring the status of incorporate of data received into the lookup database and helping to identify process error points in the DTS scripts when necessary.• Manage the data load procedure for the twelve different DSHS data sources used by the Client Registry SQL Database.
