Nchopia takes a scientific approach in bringing precision to workplace talent decisions. Her areas of expertise include talent assessment, succession planning, executive assessment, executive leadership development, employee engagement, board effectiveness, and organizational effectiveness.She loves traveling the world, meeting people of different backgrounds, and building relationships.Her work has taken her from the States to Africa to Asia. Wherever she might be, she passionately builds community. She has launched Young Professionals Salt Lake City, contributed to the development of Downtown Salt Lake City through her appointment by the Mayor to serve on the Downtown Alliance Budget Advisory Committee, and as one of the original thought leaders behind Living Color Utah. Nchopia currently serves on the board of Ellavate Charity Foundation, a non-profit focused on providing underrepresented groups access to coaching and career development services. She has also previously served as Chair of Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Early Career Practitioner Consortium Committee, Co- Chair of SIOP’s Practictioner Engagement Committee, Arts Commissioner for the Arlington Arts Commission (Arlington, VA) and is a member of the Junior League of Washington.
