While building on the theoretical foundations and scientific framework of traditional I/O programs, VU's Graduate Organizational Psychology and People Operations program additionally implements opportunities for building industry experience, practical competencies, and a professional network that will enable graduates to qualify for and confidently perform in entry level Strategic HR roles focused on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and/or Organizational Development. Our 16-month program consists of two 20-unit segments in which the former focuses on applied research competency (semesters one and two) and the second on strategic HR competency and development (semesters three and four). Mentorship and consulting courses have been integrated into the program allowing for alumni and industry professionals to partner with and enhance student learning.
