I managed the day to day operations of the largest Knights of Columbus agency in Minnesota. Working with a team of insurance agents, I made sure their businesses ran smoothly and assisted with everything from goal setting to follow through on daily tasks. My ultimate goal was to carry the administrative workload of running a business so the agents could get out and do what they do best, which is meeting face to face with their clients.
