Working in collaboration with the Institute of Cancer Research to develop instrumentation and 3D image analysis methods for high content screening of cancer cell metastasis.Modified the Oblique Plane Microscope (OPM, a variant on light sheet microscopy) to allow long term live cell imaging.Applied this system to high content, high resolution 3D imaging.
