About Nathan Curry

My core interest is in making advanced optical technologies accessible to researchers who want to use them. I have generally worked in multidisciplinary teams with biologists, physicists and engineers. My current focus is on innovating mass photometry to make systems easier to use and to boost throughput.As a postdoctoral Researcher working in advanced microscopy taking highly collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to research to develop sophisticated solutions to study challenging biological problems. Applying skills and knowledge of instrumentation, optical design, photophysics and modelling, image processing and data analysis, and biological experiment design. With experience working with technologies for high resolution imaging for studies in neuroscience and high content 3D imaging techniques for cancer research and drug discovery as well as a strong track record in teaching with experience of delivering taught components of the Sensor CDT MRes course.
