Leadership roles include: - Visit Day Coordinator for the past 4 years. - Created a proposal and job description for a new Graduate Assistant position. Responsible for posting job listing on several industry job boards, conducting interviews, and subsequently training, mentoring, and evaluating the GA.- Oversee all aspects of recruiting/territory management. Used FrontRush software in conjunction with recruiting websites to target, track, rank, and communicate with prospective student-athletes.- Hosted gameday visits, individual visits, overnights, and attended admission programs to aid in matriculation rates.- Created communication plans that included: templated mass e-mails, targeted individualized e-mails (after tracking data from mass e-mails), calls, and texts.- Created and managed social media accounts for the team.- Responsible for equipment and facilities management. Collaborated with the Facilities Manager to ensure indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as equipment, were maintained.- Responsible for managing the team’s budget.
