ESS went public in Oct 2021 (NYSE: GWH) after raising over $47M from top investors such as SoftBank and Breakthrough Energy Ventures (Gates, Bezos, Branson, Ma, etc.). I owned a variety of initiatives encompassing battery component R&D, system modeling, component engineering, branding, etc.

Staff-level engineer at ClearEdge Power, a leader in the commercialization of stationary fuel cell systems for residential and commercial power production applications. As ClearEdge rapidly grew with over $130M in venture funding, I built and led multiple groups from the ground up within the R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing departments to support the development of our fuel cell product. Additionally, I was intimately involved across all technical aspects of product development, from fundamental R&D and subcomponent design, to system integration, field operation and performance optimization.

As the founding member of the Young Professional Resource Council, I advised the operations leadership on program development and community outreach. I was also the mentor to an amazing teen laying the foundation for a career as an engineer.
