Bij Holland Casino heb ik de nieuwe afdeling Procesmanagement opgezet, waarmee ik de basis heb gelegd voor het bevorderen van compliance en efficiëntie in kritieke bedrijfsprocessen. Samen met mijn team heb ik de volgende successen behaald:• Ontwerp en implementatie van procesmanagement beleid, standaarden, methodologieën en tools, wat leidde een gestroomlijnde en consistente aanpak binnen de organisatie;• Implementatie van een process governance framework dat de besluitvorming verbeterde en de compliance in kritieke processen met verhoogde;• Introductie van een procesgerichte cultuur en werkwijze, waarmee procesdenken binnen de organisatie ingebed werd;• Ontwerp en implementatie van een procesgebaseerd Risk & Control framework, waarmee kritieke bedrijfsrisico’s werden gemitigeerd;• Oplevering van een centrale procesarchitectuur, wat resulteerde in verbeterde procesoverzichtelijkheid en sneller inzicht voor managementbeslissingen.

Binnen Programma ‘Aantoonbaar in control’ begeleidde ik de implementatie van een omvangrijke set audit aanbevelingen. Hierbij lag de focus op het in kaart brengen en verbeteren van Compliance processen en het inrichten van beheersmaatregelen om juiste uitvoering van deze processen te borgen. De set van doorgevoerde maatregelen is in zijn geheel door de Audit afdeling akkoord bevonden; de onderliggende bevindingen zijn gesloten.
