The ARAM Group provides digital and business solutions across asset-intensive industries, such as engineering & construction, oil & gas and government. The company is official partner of Oracle and IFS for reselling and implementing cloud and on-premise enterprise project portfolio management (PPM) software. Within the ARAM Group I was responsible for ARAM Software & Consultancy in the role of Product Owner and Business Unit Manager. The business unit is specialized in optimizing and integrating the PPM solutions with the enterprise IT environment. By using self-developed interface software, it is able to exchange data between Oracle’s Primavera suite and any random ERP systems (e.g. IFS, SAP) in order to improve strategy execution, daily operations, and financial (project) performance.

For my Master thesis, I have done extensive research on cross organizational collaboration in the public sector. In addition, I have followed an intensive program in management consulting skills for young professionals.

During my Master, I have worked for the municipality of Delft. Within the HRM department, I had a supportive role in creating and implementing HR process descriptions, job ratings and job descriptions.

For my Bachelor thesis, I have done extensive research on change management within housing associations based on the pillars cultural behavior, governance structure and strategy execution.

During my Bachelor, I have worked for Deloitte Management Support. I was responsible for various internal investigation, preparatory and administrative projects. In addition, I was staffed as a junior consultant at various Dutch housing associations, water boards and municipalities.
