CurrentResponsibilities include coordination of services across all of our states so we are able to offer expert advice to great employers. A large part of those responsibilities include removing barriers so our professional staff are able to be responsive and reliable to the members they serve. Our members invest in our staff so we strive to hire the employees of the highest professional level to serve them. Vigilant employs a group of professionals who advocate for employers. Employers become members of our association and receive unlimited advice on employment and labor law issues, safety compliance and management, supervisory training, employee benefits and Washington workers' comp claims management support resulting in retro premium refunds. Vigilant serves employers primarily in Washington, Oregon and California.
