Since December 2011, I've worked as a waiter for an outsource company (HBR) in various 4* and 5* hotels throughout Cape Town. I was permanently assigned to the Tsogo Sun, Cape Sun Hotel, where I gained the majority of my basic hospitality experience.In 2015, I was hired as a contract Room Service cashier at The Mount Nelson Hotel. For four months, I had the opportunity to gain experience as a Temporal Supervisor in the department.I joined the Housekeeping department as an Office Coordinator in January 2017 and gained Housekeeping supervisory experience for two years. In July 2018, I was the employee of the month.2019 is the year I decided to leave the hospitality industry and work in a different environment, but still in customer service. I began my career with Collinson Group SA as a Contact Centre agent specializing in Priority Pass, Lounge Key, and Mastercard Airport Experiences, all of which are airport lounge access programs offered by Collinson Group.I was one of the agents given the opportunity to give birth and mature the COVID-19 Airport Testing program, which began at London Heathrow Airport in the United Kingdom. Because this program only accepts inquiries via email and web chat, I improved my writing skill.On January 3, 2022, I began a new job as a Social Media Consultant, working with Priority Pass and Airport Testing through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Trust Pilot.
