Supporting Various ICT Systems, for two local authorities, including Google Suite, Hyper-V, Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019 Servers, including AD & Group Policies, DNS, DHCP. I have been involved in supporting Email Security through SPF, DKIM and DMarc. I have written Powershell GUI tools, Modules and Scripts for use by service desk and my teammates - They have been used for reporting, automation and scheduling and gathering information. Using VisualCron, I have automated a number of tasks for the business - mainly data format changes and SFTP data moves. I have been dealing with business as usual (BAU) calls reported through Landesk, and Ivanti call logging systems. I have worked with colleagues and third parties, to keep the systems updated, for PSN 'Public Sector Network' Compliance, and for security. I have also had a light touch on other systems including Tintri, Citrix, SCCM, APP-V, Dell EMC, Linux, Exchange & Outlook, Kaspersky.Problem-solving and creative and critical thinking are my strongest abilities. Allowing me to jump in at the deep end, researching and resolving problems on technical issues, where there is little to no internal knowledge / experience.
