I am Project Leader of the Consulting and Analytics team at CRIF RES, a leading provider of Real Estate Data and Solutions. As a Project Leader, I lead a team of four consultants and data scientists who work on various internal and external projects for our clients, mainly banks. The main responsibilities include:• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.• Managing internal and external projects.• Coordinating and supervising the work of the team members.• Collaborating with other teams and departments within CRIF, such as Data Scientist, IT, Sales, and Marketing.• Reporting on the projects status and performance to the management and the clients.The projects cover areas as:• Real Estate Data, models, and Automated Valuation Models (AVM), which are used to estimate the market value of properties based on various data sources and algorithms.• Development of new analytics through machine learning techniques to provide insights and predictions on the real estate market trends and dynamics.• Development of cloud solutions for delivering Real Estate Data to our clients in a fast, secure, and scalable way.• Development and delivery of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) solution for the real estate market, such as analysis for alignment of EU Taxonomy.

As a member of the Real Estate Consulting department at CRIF RES, I have worked to support banks on properties' data and management, both at origination and for monitoring purposes. I have worked for clients to review origination and monitor banks' policies, focusing on green mortgages. The monitoring of the properties includes market values and predictive values analysis, the recovery and analysis of new drivers for the real estate, such as energy efficiency data and physical risks.I have also participated in European projects for financing the energy efficiency of residential buildings. I have contributed to defining the most energy-efficient properties in the Italian market. Highlights: • Innovative projects on Buildings' Energy Efficiency and Green Mortgages such as EeDaPP, and EeMMIP.• Portfolio Assessment for Green Covered Bond issuing: 5 significant banks. • Project Management for new solutions and active support for sales: +1 mln € per year of new business.• Portfolio Analysis with Predictive Models and Analytics: 10+ banks.• Origination processes for Green Mortgage: 1 significant bank.
