Neaco (nee-koh) Fox is a problem solver and community builder with goals in creating lasting equity, diversity, and access within industries of interest. They work with intentionality to develop equitable and courageous spaces and enjoy participating in the educational growth of young individuals as a mentor within the community. As an artist, Neaco thrives in a collaborative setting and aims to create pieces that inspire others or spur a conversation amongst viewers. Neaco's production experience ranges from sound designing and live mixing, scenic and installation art fabrication, technical direction and rigging, and live event management and producing. Currently, Neaco serves as the co-coordinator of the Gateway Program (https://www.usitt.org/gateway) where they facilitate mentorship opportunities for marginalized community members, create learning spaces, and coordinate national conference logistics for mentors and mentees.
