- Developing the portfolio of factoring transactions (by attracting new clients and maintaining the existing ones) by optimally managing the portfolio of debtors assigned to the Bank in the factoring system, managing the relationship with them both before and after maturity of assigned receivables in favor of the bank.- Structuring, negotiating factoring transactions and providing support to the sale’s force commercial activity.- Handling the factoring operations which involves financing operations, receivables collection, debt collection, proactive monitoring of the clients' own portfolio.- Developing and maintaining relationships with the involved third parties (Euler Hermes, Atradius, FCI-Deutsche Factoring, ABN AMRO, etc.) in order to secure factoring receivables;- Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Group and liaising with group representatives for any other requests.- Creating reports to monitor the performance of the factoring department and monitoring the payment behavior of debtors as well as any other analysis requested by the direct manager.- Supporting the development of credit policy in terms of factoring operations, process development and risk-taking principles;- Developing and maintaining relationships with the involved third parties (Euler Hermes, Atradius, FCI-Deutsche Factoring, ABN AMRO, etc.) in order to secure factoring receivables;- Permanent updating of the Commercial Factoring products and optimization of operational flows as well the internal procedures.

Main activities and responsibilities : - Ensuring the correct and timely performance of accounting records, chronologically and systematically , based on the supporting documents of all the operations carried out within the company.- Managing the relationship with banks for day-to-day lending operations. Operations involving the collection of the documentation necessary to obtain the financing, drawing up the monitoring reports of the loans held and performing all the reports requested by the banks.- Preparing the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports to the Group and liaising with group representatives for any other requests.- Performing the financial and accounting operations (registration of invoices, account statements, fixed assets, etc.).- Processing payments, foreign exchange through online platforms.- Supervises the activity of the administrative-accounting officer regarding the accounting records for the documents related to the activity of the silos held.- Preparation of monthly reports for the National Institute of Statistics and representation before the tax authorities, credit and leasing institutions.

Main activities and responsibilities:- Processing of cash and currency transactions (cash, payments, foreign exchange, ATM supply);- Specific operations related to saving products (deposits, investment funds, etc.);- Processing of payment orders and debit instruments;- Drawing up and checking reports on daily operations;- Maintaining and developing the customer relationship;- Identify sales opportunities for all products and services for individuals and businesses in the retail category;- Ensure the functioning of branch IT systems.
