Aerospace Program Management and Engineering DesignNew Product Development of Electromechanical Systems

Provide technical expertise, research, and cognizant engineering support of considerable scope to Gulfstream efforts to resolve complex engineering issues, design, develop, produce, and implement new technology.Spearhead the development and delivery of new architecture to improve nose wheel steering performance, system safety, and pilot interface. Exercise comprehensive project management for the mechanical and electronic design of aircraft nose wheel steering systems for the Advanced Aircraft Program (G500 & G600).

Collaborated with customers, product, and original equipment manufacturing (OEM) engineers to research, design, and develop new hydraulic actuators, locking actuators, and valves. Contributed to research and development (R&D) resulting in new product lines for jet airliners. Authored company design manuals capturing and documenting best practices for newly developed items. Extensive projects in support of the Boeing 787. Additional contributions encompass projects supporting the Airbus 380, military aircraft (Lockheed Martin F‐22 Raptor, Bell Boeing V‐22 Osprey, undisclosed rotorcraft). Worked with globally dispersed subject matter experts, representatives from Boeing, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, and Airbus; prepared proposals for Embraer and Alenia.
