CurrentAs an employee benefits partner my goal is simple, to ensure that in all that we do we make things easy to understand and easy to do, whether this is at the member level or at employer level.Over the years I have been involved in helping employers to increase their ROI for their benefits spend through simple clear to understand communication, increasing the amount that they save through salary sacrifice and improving the 'positive communication grapevine' among employees.I firmly believe in forming strong client relationships and my approach is very consultative, both with new and existing clients.
