You could tell the care and craft that had gone into his sessions. These ranged from multiple methods to ensure efficient study skills to clear academic research when discussing challenging topics such as resilience and imposter syndrome. When discussing those aforementioned challenging topics Ross delivered an honest, reflective session that was considerate and careful. Multiple students at the start who questioned the value of the session were the ones providing the best feedback at the end. This is a testament to Ross' preparation and delivery. Ross is wise beyond his years, driven and motivated an asset to any team. He was an excellent colleague and is sorely missed at the University of York. I have absolutely no doubt Ross will go far in his career and will be an asset to any team and hopefully I have the chance to work with him in the future."
