Jiri Necas Email and Phone Number
I help companies grow faster by building strong employer brands, meaningful communities, and driving PR and communications. I helped scale Kiwi.com from 1,000 employees to 2,500 in three years and Productboard from 100 to 500+ in two years and become a unicorn. With over 7 years of experience in brand, communications, and talent management, I enjoy developing startups in the technology sector. I've worked with some of the region's most successful companies such as Productboard, Kiwi.com, Talkbase, Google and dozens more through consulting and workshops. I co-founded Hiring On Ramp, where we help founders and HR professionals to understand their hiring plans, design their organizations, establish their people and talent functions, nurture their culture, and create a foundation to scale their companies. Educational projects are close to my heart. I have accomplished many great things over the years but also made mistakes, so I am grateful for the opportunity to pass on these experiences and help companies become more successful and people boost their skills. This is the reason why I have always devoted my free time to educational projects. I am a Google Certified Trainer for Entrepreneurship, mentoring the Startup Academy mentees, and co-founded the Czech Community of Community Builders – the biggest platform in Czechia for Community managers. I've also had the honor of being a keynote speaker at the largest startup conferences in EMEA, lectured at Mendel University, developed the Lidé z Praxe program, and organized over 350 tech events in 23 countries. I move between Marketing, People Ops, Employer Branding, and Tech teams. I’m all about working with great partners, fellow professionals, and enthusiasts. So, if you’re after an established entrepreneur with a start-up attitude, feel free to get in touch. I am always eager to connect and share ideas. Here are some of the ways I have gained experience in recent years:- Leading global employer branding activities, 🇨🇿 PR & communications, and tech communities at Productboard- Co-founding of Hiring On Ramp- Building tech communities at Kiwi.com- Advising at Talkbase- Developing Google’s educational initiative Digital Garage- Creating a marketing strategy for a new fitness center- Organizing discussions between students and professionals at Lidé z Praxe. - Lecturing on Digital Marketing courses at Mendel University in Brno- Helping students boost their soft skills at Minutový řečník- Speaking as a keynote speaker at international conferences (Podim, Untold Stories, Evolve Summit, Hrko)
