Role Overview:BW Energy Services is a 50/50 Joint Venture (JV) between WorleyParsons and Broadspectrum based in the Philippines. It has been set up to provide engineering, operations and maintenance services to Resource and Energy Companies within the Philippines. The Mobilisation Manager was ultimately accountable for all aspects relating to the company start-up in readiness for handover to the operational team. This included being the primary in-country focal point to the key client’s leadership team.Key Deliverables:• Delivery of Mobilisation Project on schedule and under TIC budget ($1m USD);• Creation of new registered Singapore entity with Philippines Branch office;• New Service Agreement key Oil and Gas Major for the provision of Asset Management Services • Set-up of new operational office in-country;• Employment and mobilisation of 120 employees (95% local); both office and site based (onshore and offshore).
