Ned Abelson is Of Counsel in the Environmental Law Group at Goulston & Storrs. He is nationally recognized for his expertise regarding both Brownfields and environmental insurance. His work is largely transactional in nature with significant regulatory overlays, and involves representing developers, sellers, tenants, and lenders concerning contaminated property. He also provides general counsel with respect to environmental matters to a number of the firm's real estate and corporate clients.
