Back to my academic roots. Conducted research on genetic predictions as well as online behaviour prediction based on various artificial intelligence algorithms. Developed software for data processing and analysis.

Small start-up company founded by two people (myself taking on all IT-related responsibilities and day to day operations, and the other person being executive/financial director), employing about 10 staff, specialising in web development. Company value grew over 50% year on year.

Delivered lectures on web development (HTML) to Year 1 students, and on object-oriented programming (Java) to Year 5 students.

Regional telco with three offices across the region. Started as database developer and administrator, later promoted to head of the department, leading a team of 5 people. Developed company's CRM and billing system, and automated telephone support system.

Designed and developed educational software package that was later recommended by the Federal Department of Education for use in universities and subsequently adopted in 6 universities across the country.
