Ned Roberts is a licensed commercial real estate investment sales professional. He specializes in multifamily assets throughout greater Tampa Bay, Central and North Florida, where he has lived and worked since 1999. Earlier in his brokerage career he focused on the sale and leasing of investment grade office and industrial properties and land. In 2009 Ned represented a Clearwater property owner in the city’s largest lease transaction of the year. That deal earned him a Deal of the Year Award from the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR).In 2010 Ned co-founded the Florida operations of a national brand focused on roof repair and maintenance. After launching the company Ned expanded market coverage from Tampa Bay to Orlando and Jacksonville. In 2014 he acquired markets in San Francisco and Sacramento California before successfully exiting the business 2015.Previously, Ned served as Director of Marketing and Sales for a Tampa Bay-area real estate development firm. Earlier in his career, he was an award-winning television news reporter. At Tampa Bay-area CBS affiliate, WTSP-TV, Ned won three regional Emmy Awards, one regional Edward R. Murrow Award, and was recognized for Individual Achievement by the Florida Associated Press Broadcasters.A graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Ned ran two successful companies during his undergraduate years. He also won a national journalism award from the Hearst Foundation. Ned is an active member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Tampa and a past Director of the Keewaydin Foundation. He lives in Tampa with his wife Michelle, their son Finley and daughter Georgia.
