After 25 years in the video systems sales arena, I have taken a personal leave to return to my hometown of Pittsburgh to provide transitional care for my elderly Mother as she deals with failing health and dementia issues.My goal is to eventually return to the Milwaukee area to resume my career within creative content and new media technologies...a 'sea change' indeed.

Recruited to rebuild and re-brand the sales and marketing vision of the Ken Cook Co..Managed the 10 member Sales & Marketing team: Business Development Executives, Account Executives and Project Managers.Initiated the evolution of business development focus from tradition manuals and printing into new agile mobile media solutions.

Included President/CEO and four Directors: Responsibilities included weekly P&L reviews, budget forecasting, corporate personnel reviews, facility planning, strategic vision and long-term company goals.

Recruited to rebuild the MMG's Wisconsin office sales and service presence. Expanded the corporate and educational client base. Closed over $1,000,000 in HD upgrade solutions for Milwaukee Public Television. Spearheaded the selection and implementation of CRM solution and sales office automation process.

Recruited to rebuild and expand the Central Region for Sonic Solutions (22 states and half of Canada). Developed, expanded and managed the direct sales, marketing and dealer channel. Presented seminars on DVD production at national and international trade shows and conferences.

Recruited to rebuild the Roscor Wisconsin sales and service office and direct sales organization. Closed largest sales in Roscor Wisconsin history: $1,000,000 video broadcast production facility for GE Healthcare's World Training headquarters. Expanded sales staff, added rental department and relocated office to better suite evolving market requirements.

Recruited to create a corporate video and photography department to support the communications and marketing mission of WE Energies. Developed and managed staff of 8 video and photo professionals. Budgeted and managed $1,000,000 facility upgrade. Department was continually recognized with countless national awards for the creativity of its video and photography projects.

Recruited as a freelance Producer-Director-Writer (and occasional on-camera talent) for the broadcast magazine series "Milwaukee Profiles" and "The Business of Wisconsin."

Recruited to produce-direct-write broadcast video productions in support of UW-Milwaukee's educational mission. Also taught seminars in broadcast production and editing processes.
