Working at daawat foods ltd snack division ( co pack of PepsiCo Kurkure). I am looking after overall quality department and management representative for all audit ( AIB, FSSC, SMETA etc.). i am learning new things and trying to enhance my skills.

 Overall responsibility for quality and food safety of product. Responsible for BRC documentation and all internal and external audits. Verification of the effectiveness of Corrective & Preventive Actions. Verification of Process flow. Verification & validation of CCP’s & OPRP’s . To implement & monitor the effectiveness of FSMS. Liaisening with external bodies on the operation of QFSMS. Setting of specifications for products, Packaging materials and Ingredients in accordance with customer specifications. Quality Planning. Quality& Food Safety checks schedule monitoring & control. Ensuring implementation of pest control throughout the facility. Verification and validation of cleaning and sanitizing process
