Current Leading & managing a team of 40 resources including 5 Regional Head Sales, each managing 8 resources under them across the region of South Gujarat for sourcing, sanction and disbursement of working capital Loan files Ensuring to achieve assigned target and identifying Financial Consultants (Chartered Accountant) as well as keeping the Financial Consultant active on monthly basis Working on cross-selling insurance, current account as well as saving account; ensuring the timely renewal of working capital limit of each client as well as timely interest service and maintaining the quality of loan book Driving the desired productivity level for self, team and the assigned branches; monitoring existing portfolio so as to identify the stressed account at early stage and take corrective measures Giving constant feedback to central product team for improving product & process in order for make the team more efficient in the market Ensuring exit of client at Pre-NPA (Non-Performing Asset) stage; working on the recruitment of new Solution Managers and Regional Head-Sales Managing overall loan portfolio of INR 1100 Crores; facilitating the acquisition of 360-degree banking relationship of the client
