CurrentBenefits Workstation - BW is the system used by NRECA which provides functionality needed for the management and administration of the Cooperatives and their benefit plans. It mainly administers group insurance. The system has details of all the coops, subgroups and people whether they have Group Insurance or not. Designated internal NRECA users are able to administer insurance and retirement benefits and plans for Cooperatives and individual participant elections. Roles and Responsibilities:● Expertise in Sprint Deployment and Sprint tickets Testing, attending sprint meetings, design meetings and delivering successful sprint releases based on agile methodology.● Conducted UAT demo before each sprint deployment for business users and system users● Extensively co-coordinated with the business users, development and testing teams to clarify business needs and system requirements.● Analyzed the Business Requirements and complex Business Rules of insurance benefits and worked with Business Analysts and Business Users at constant pace.● Gone through the Requirements Specification Documents, Technical Design Documents and Use Cases and implemented their technical aspect in System and Integration Testing.● Developed and coming up with Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Scenarios based on RSD and TDD.● Performed Smoke and Sanity testing, Functional testing, Performance testing, Backend Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression testing, System Integration testing and end to end testing.● Prepared Requirement Traceability Matrix for the application.● Provided relevant test case suite for automation purposes to the QTP automation test team. Developed regression test scripts in Selenium C#.● Executed automated Regression test case suite in QTP from QC, analyzed the results and generated and provided the reports.● Used Soap UI tool for testing the web service project through XML messages inbound and outbound between BW and CDM application.
