Currently, I work as the Director of Development& Operations at TEWWY with a multigenerational cross-functional team of 6, designing evidence-based programs that are helping people manage their mental health! I've spearheaded the design and development of evidence-based interventions impacting more than 4000 people in Tanzania. I'm deeply passionate about creating diverse and equitable programs that empower people to have a better quality of life.I also freelanced as a small business consultant, supporting diaspora small businesses, startups, and nonprofits to improve products and services for their clients by streamlining operations and improving productivity. Neema joined FundED Strategies to support schools, education nonprofits, and small to mid-size organizations start, scale, and sustain their fundraising programs. In her role, she helps the company complete internal projects that support strategic growth and operations, including logistics, information technology, system development and management, recruitment and onboarding, proposal writing and contract tracking, administrative support, and some elements of marketing and communications.
