Further responsibility has recently been thrust onto me and I now provide training to new hires.I have a wealth of software support experience, especially in the Insurance industry on the ConceptOne software and it's newer Cloud based evolution, Sure MGA (a SaaS solution). Helping others, both professionally and personally, is something I pride myself on.In my free time I enjoy studying and learning new skills. I have a fond interest in Cyber Security and The Cloud and recently attained ISC2 CC and Cloud Basics certificate. I am currently learning abou AWS Architecture and am also studying for the CompTIA Security+ certificate.
