Cluster Coordinator
Current- Responsible for identifying and mobilizing rural BPL beneficiaries for enrollment for job-oriented vocational training programme and 100% capacity utilization of the centre.
- Coordinate with various programme functionaries/volunteers for projects and compilation of programme plan, preparing monthly and annual reports, Mobiliser & Centre owner payment details etc.
- Interact and communicate with various stakeholders like DRDAs, Block authorities, Government officials at district level, Panchayat Leaders, and the community.
- Contact with local industry/employers for providing on-the –job training and placements for the trained candidates.
- Make all necessary arrangements for effective and result-oriented completion of the project.
