 Ensured support to business by closing right premises, interaction with Land Lords for rental negotiation, closure of TSR reports, rental payouts, Lease Management, Vendor selection for interior work, Peaceful handover of premises back to Land lord at branch closure and recovery of security deposits.  Ensured that proper RFP/RFQ process is followed for both Premises Project and IT projects. Helped plan budgetary spend for the year and tracked the same to achieve adherence.  As Head procurement, ensured both IT and Non IT procurement support to 650 branches. Ensured appropriate negotiation with vendors on cost and services and maintained healthy vendor management through frequent reviews and periodic data update across India. Could save Rs 35 Mio annually by negotiating existing agreements with Vendors and introducing new and more efficient support system.

 Handled Infrastructure & Facility and Procurement Support to ARLIC branches. Some of the key deliverable are Real Estate Management, Infrastructure maintenance and upkeep of 60 + offices as per business requirements, Initiatives on Cost Management , Action on property expansion/consolidation as per business requirements, Corporate Office Management, Travel, cafeteria management, Optimization of Establishment costs and Vendor management.
