I have over 19 years of experience in corporate law, focusing on diverse practice areas such as contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiations, IT laws, data protection and privacy, IPR, day-to-day corporate and commercial, ethics and compliance, employment and labour, environment, health and safety, and litigation management.I am also a visiting faculty at various law schools and colleges, where I share my knowledge and insights on corporate law and related subjects with the students and faculty members. I have completed a mediation training course from the Centre for Advanced Mediation Practice, issued by Edwards Mediation Academy, and published multiple articles in reputable legal journals and magazines, such as The Indian Banker, PSA, and ICLG.
