I am a results driven and proactive HR Leader with 10+ years of progressive HR & Operations experience in the public sector. At my current role, I manage the HR and Operations functions of a non-academic department within one of the most well known post secondary Institutes in Western Canada. As a strategic member of the Dean's Executive Team, I am responsible for operational planning, procedure development, financial reporting and continuous process improvements. I improved employee morale and engagement by developing a new onboarding program, instituted improvements by streamlining processes and supported business strategy through developing and implementing new processes.I am a performance driven individual, fast learner and resourceful, somebody who genuinely cares. I believe in enabling and growing people and feel most fulfilled when achieving personal and professional goals. I also have a natural flair for operations. I am a lifelong learner and believe the moment we stop learning is when we stop growing as an individual. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and have also recently completed an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University.
