• Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their role in terms of maintaining their data on the internal portal - Workday • Assist the HR Business Partners and the Line Managers in creating accurate employee profile on the employee data management portal/HR information System - Workday• Serve as the policies and process expert to bridge the gap between the employee and the business. • Contribute to the overall team strategy and service delivery to customers while being a key person. • Being complaint with anything related to the IMS standard, ensure to meet the business conduct, maintain professionalism and have utmost level of confidentiality is not misused in way. • Work closely with HRBP & COE to review and update all policies based on the feedback and queries received from the employees alongside preparing FAQs on HR policies for employees reviewing the same regularly inculcate the culture of Self Service.• Following up with the stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of apt resolutions to all employee queries. • Make recommendations for improvements in processes and practices alongside commissioning an investigation on all the escalations to make sure they are resolved to satisfaction.• Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrate proactivity, ownership and accountability for my area by adhering to the HR query management and managing all HR queries in HR ServiceNow (SNOW)

The Search Account Management team is part of Yahoo! Sales. This team is responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with Yahoo!’s highest value search clients. Account Managers are involved in up-selling existing advertisers, cross-selling new products, optimizing campaigns and providing daily support to achieve team revenue goals. Account Managers have a deep understanding and ability to analyze client ROI / CPA / ROAS goals, objectives and data, media buying cycles, Web site architecture, product / service update schedules, marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc. The Analyst role is a support role to the Account Management function. On a daily basis, Analysts will be relied on to help US based AM’s service accounts for various Advertisers. Analysts play a key role in supporting the Account Management function by participating in the operations and day-to-day processes involved in launching, maintaining and optimizing advertising campaigns. Analysts will interact daily, with various Account Specialists and Account Managers.
