• Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.• Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms.• Handling correspondence directed to managers.• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.• Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently Producing reports and presentations• Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems• Monitoring, reporting manager's email and responding if required.• Preparing communications on behalf of a manager.• Responsible for Recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.• Handle employee relations, payroll and benefits.• Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of organization.• Responsible for Employee orientation and training.• Handling Employee visa, ID and labor card renewal procedures.• Handling employee Joining, Cancelation, Termination and Retirement procedures.• Checking Employee attendance and arranging leave schedules.• Making decision and Arranging internal transfers and Employee Appraisals.• Handling company Vehicle, Building, and Electricity renewals.• Responsible for handling and Renewals of Company Important documents such as Trade License, Media License, Fire and Safety, Import and Export License etc.• Responsible for handling Staff Passports.• Responsible for Arranging and Handling Employee Health Insurance.• Arranging Accommodation for employees and Responsible for arranging timely maintenances.• Responsible for sharing MD’s decisions to managers or Employees (if necessary) by conductingMeetings, over phone or through emails and notices.• Responsible for arranging SIM cards and other required accessories for employees.• Responsible for scheduling Duty, OT Timings and also to provide correct job descriptionAnd responsibilities to each employees according to their job profile, ability and handling capacity.
