Handling complex queries from the team before routing them to Onshore/Offshore SMEs.• Contribute to department process initiatives by way of newer ideas or by participating in change projects • Should demonstrate the ability to come up with out of the box solutions to resolve complex issues.• Drive implementation of 2 quality improvement ideas for the production supported, per quarter. • Maintain sufficient and effective processes and controls identifying and mitigating risks and ensure timely escalation and resolution of all control issues and reputation risks.• Been part of FATCA and CRS implementation. And assure the qulity on Fatca and crs of clients.
