· Adapted to the needs of 39 students from various backgrounds, including returning students of all ages (18-65+), ESL/international students, disabled students, etc.· Prepared and delivered weekly presentations that introduced and reinforced essential course content, enhancing student understanding and performance· Worked with the professor in weekly meetings to develop course material

· Mentored and provided tutoring support to nearly 70 of the academy's 9th-12th graders in their college classes, such as computer programming, engineering, and more· Led discussion sessions and study groups, which promoted a collaborative learning environment

· Tutored a diverse population of 60 first-year college students, assisting them in writing effective essays, scholarship applications, and other college success skills· Worked with the Puente faculty to identify and address individual student needs
