Joined M&S on an Interim basis as a Senior Test Lead in November 2006. Initially tested on the high profile eCommerce re-launch programme, a joint venture with Amazon. This was followed by another Test Lead role on a new Made-to-Measure venture which allowed customers to purchase made to measure shirts online.

Upon graduating from university in July 2003, joined as a Test Analyst on a CRM initiative and was promoted to Test Lead in August 2004 to lead the UK Post Office joint venture and the Chip & Pin programme.
