Strong communicator, making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization. • Maintain regular communication with customer /Stakeholder addressing needs through empathy with their environment• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on the progress of Transitions to senior set of stakeholders.• Work closely with problem management/Service Desk/Incident Management teams to analyse post change related incident reports and to avoid reoccurrence.• Checking incident trends and working on Continuial improvement Model.• End to end leading Service management for new/Upgraded Service/Project.• Coordinating any major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes• Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes.• Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes in the company, such as new financial protocols or policies.• Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.• Driving Transiton Calls to accept service into BAU
