As the Associate Director of People Operations at Pretlist, I lead the HR advisory vertical to deliver integrated services that enhance workforce productivity and foster a people-first work environment. With over 18 years of experience in HR, I have developed and implemented talent strategies, rewards and recognition programs, and HR policies and practices that align with the business objectives and goals of various operations.I have a strong background in people analytics and digital HR, having completed executive programs from IIM Indore and XLRI, and a certification in compensation and benefits planning from CHRMP. I leverage data and insights to support organizational change management, OD interventions, employee relations, and performance management. I also preside over the ICC under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act 2013 and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
