I am a Category Manager at Swiggy, the leading online food delivery platform in India, where I manage the Q-Commerce segment on Swiggy Instamart, the company's express grocery delivery service. I have been working at Swiggy for over two years, and I am responsible for launching and growing new and existing categories, such as organic and premium staples, dry fruits and nuts and plant-based meat.I have developed strong skills in vendor management, vendor negotiation, co-ordination and execution, detail orientation, and team work. I have leveraged these skills to achieve multiple milestones at Swiggy, such as doubling the MOM GMV sales, increasing the OP and ASP and overall profitability of managed categories.
