With a wealth of management experience rooted in my bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, I embarked on a rewarding journey that began as a customer service representative. Building upon that foundation, I thrived in roles such as managing the Future Faculty Scholarship Programme at the prestigious Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) and excelling as a Conference Programming Manager at India Infrastructure, eventually earning a promotion to the position of Senior Conference Programming Manager in 2019.However, the landscape dramatically shifted with the onset of the pandemic.In the face of this unprecedented challenge, I embraced the transition to online conferences and experienced firsthand the critical role of technology in our evolving world. This was my motivation for joining the Information Management and Business Technology master’s programme at Loughborough University.My focus lies in exploring the potential of next-generation technologies, like cloud, big data and their profound impact on organisations and systems. I value collaborative problem-solving and unlocking the power of technology to drive transformation.
