ANZ Wealth remediation was established to resolve Financial Advice compliance issues (on behalf of Insignia Ltd.)My main stakeholders are GM Remediation, Head of regulatory projects, Wealth CFO, Head of Finance and Insignia Financial Ltd. My key responsibilities include driving remediation financials under Share sale agreement and Regulatory obligations, provide consistent and timely reporting of the project financials which is key for ANZ results announcement, tracking and reporting of customer compensation payments and project run costs, drive cost savings initiatives by removing process inefficiencies and fast-track project progress, provide a very detailed expense and FTE management (150 staff).I am very proud to be a key finance support for the successful separation of ANZ Wealth to IOOF. I have developed skillset and knowledge for the Wealth Management value chain of the business from its acquisition to divestment.

A business partnership role performing monthly P&L reporting and analysis of key drivers, annual Operational and Strategic target setting, Project financials, Expense and FTE management for ANZ Insurance business including Life and Income protection (with an Inforce premium at $1.7b), Group Risk and Direct Business (Direct Life, General Insurance and LMI business). Key stakeholders included Wealth CFO, GM Insurance, Head of Finance, Product owners, financial control and Actuarial function.

Financial Analyst role supporting Corporate function. My main responsibilities included leading annual expense allocation (ABC Costing) process along with annual Budgeting and Forecasting with Heads of Finance and Wealth Leadership. Key finance support to complete ING Australia integration into ANZ by leading implementation of Wealth Expense Reporting tool using multiple datasets and Ledgers. This tool was endorsed by Wealth Leadership Team. Key member driving testing and implementation of SAPBI reporting for product P&L's across ANZ Wealth division.
