 Handling entire recruitment cycle, from gathering requirements from the clients till the deliverables. Planning road maps on the deliverables leading to maximum closures. Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements of the client. Technical sourcing of candidate resumes at various levels through Portals, head hunting, databank, and employee references. Phone screening of profile, reference check of their projects on skills, to determine if candidates are appropriate, reviewing technical and other skills & ensuring the candidate are appropriate vis-à-vis the company norms.  Interviewing the candidates on the phone / in person before forwarding profiles to the Clients. Coordinating Interviews of the candidates as per the Clients schedule. Maintaining MIS and timely review with the client on the status of requirements

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process which includes job analysis, sourcing plan, scheduling, follow-up till candidate joins with the Client.• Recruiting for junior, mid, senior level positions as per the Client’s requirements.• Maintaining the Client Interaction and taking new Requirements from them.• Source/assist the Recruiters to source suitable candidate through network, various technology group, forums,job portals..• Preliminary interviewing of potential candidates in order to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc,• Conduct the Client’s interview through Video Conference, Phone, Skype etc.• Post Offer follow-up to make sure the candidate joins in time.• Experience in different domains; which includes IT, Non-IT• Maintain MIS (Trackers) on daily / Weekly / monthly basis for client & management.• Client meetings in frequent intervals
